“Luxury Vacation”
Stayed at Hacienda Caracol, beginning of December 2011. House was really nice, a dream house, beautiful bedrooms, outdoor dining was nice, pool, beach. Location was Soliman Bay, really nice place, feels like if you are in the middle of nowhere but at the same time 15min away from a bunch of restaurants, shops, and most impressing piece of history.. the Mayan Ruins. Chef was great, Staff was really friendly.. Would recommend this to everyone.

“Vacation at its best!”
Hacienda Caracol was a real treat! When we arrived at the house,at 10pm, the entire staff was there to greet us and help us out with the suitcases. There was even a hot meal ready for us 
Every morning Chef alberto was preparing for us a breakfast of champion to kick start the day! Most of us wanted to just relax by the beach, but with so many activities in the Riviera Maya, we had to book horseback riding, dolphin swimming, fishing and jungle tours. Our week passed very fast!
At night we felt very secure because of the private security guard. The Maids did a really good job cleaning after us and keeping the house in perfect shape.
The house is really beautiful, we have never been in such a nice place. It is not the first time we rent a vacation home, but this was really something special. Each room was decorated with taste, full of amenities, services were great.
Hacienda Caracol is located on Soliman Bay. It is a very quiet and beautiful beach. It takes 10min to drive to Tulum and akumal.
Tulum is a great area for beach, restaurants, shopping, activities such as visiting Mayan Ruins.
We went to Playa del Carmen a couple of times, but we preferred Tulum and akumal.

“The Dream Family Vacation”
24 family members from ages 2 to 79 had a glorious time at Hacienda Caracol. It was all it was promised to be and more. Alberto, Ricardo, Liauria and others were so attentive and happy to serve, it will be hard to find that friendly service anywhere else. The villa is magnificent. The food was delicious. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. Definitely bring water shoes-one of has had an encounter with a sea urchin (sea urchin won). Saw the ruins and went to Hidden Worlds (thumbs up). We are already discussing our next return. Don’t even want to consider any other villa. It’s the best!

“Two families, one week.. Amazing!!”
Hacienda Caracol exceeded our expectations on all counts. We were two families, 4 adults and 5 children aged 8-16, and had a week to spend enjoying the Mayan Riviera in this luxurious villa. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, spacious and clean, beds were very comfy… The outdoor living was also very comfy and enabled us to enjoy every moment by the sun. The staff was great and discreet. The Chef was just a joy. We took the option of having his services on Sunday (for a small extra) and he was really great. We had rented a large van and were able to travel around the area. XelHa was just fun for the kids, Dolphin Experience in Puerto aventuras, Tulum ruins, shopping in Playa del Carmen and showing off our negotiation skills to the kids We are already planning a return visit, as we had one of our best holidays ever, largely due to the great facilities and staff at Hacienda Caracol – it is unbeatable value.

“Riviera Maya – Soliman Bay”
This was our first trip in this part of Mexico. Before arriving, we had planned bus transfers, spa services, chef services (meals), tours and activities..
We were a large group of 20 (14 adults and 6 Children) and we had access to the entire property. There was a lot of space for everyone. The house was beautiful, well maintained, fresh…
Some of us used this vacation to relax by the beach and pool and enjoy what the Chef prepared for us every day. Others decided to visit Tulum ruins, Xcacel, EcoParks, Golfing etc..
We had a couple of massage therapists come to the villa and pamper us
It was a really great vacation and I would recommend it to anyone… young or old.

“Hacienda Caracol”
We had an excellent vacation! The pictures on the site are exactly as we found the villa. Very clean and quiet, our family felt right at home. Everyone had their own space. We didn’t feel like we were “living out of a suitcase” like you would staying in a hotel room. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We could have stayed much longer, there are so many activities that we would like to have tried but didn’t have the time. We will definitely come back!

“Great vacation house on the beach”
The home is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Every possible cooking utensil is available and clean.Pool is very enjoyable. The layout was perfect for two families (3 adults and two children). The location is ideal. All in all this was a spectacular spot and I will highly recommend it to family and friends.

“Awesome house – great service”
We have stayed on Soliman Bay 4 times now. Three times at Casa Yardena and now at Hacienda Caracol. These are the best houses on the bay and they are top notch, first class. Hacienda Caracol is brand new. It is well stocked and furnished. Location, like everything on the bay, is great. House, pool and then beach. We windsurfed (brought our own) kayaked and snorkeled. Terrific clear water, very warm. New beach bar on the south end of the beach – 4 tables in the sand and a guy with a cooler. We felt very safe at all times because this location is very remote. We did not even rent a car. The staff at the house was great. Carlos the chef is the best yet and he fed 18 of us 3x a day for 9 days. He is very good. The other staff is great also. The house is clean and the pool and beach well kept. This is a great value and very luxurious.
